At Satisky & Silverstein, we have been protecting the interests of our clients since 1975. The lawyers at Satisky & Silverstein have over 100 years of combined experience. Since our founding, we conduct our practice in such a way as to treat our clients the way we would want to be treated, in all aspects of their legal and non-legal relationships.

Satisky & Silverstein caters to a diverse clientele ranging from national general contractors, large developers and managers of residential communities, office buildings and shopping centers to technology companies, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, professional practices, occupational licensing boards, and local and county governments. Some clients have been with the firm for decades, and many of our referrals come from our clients and other lawyers.

The experienced lawyers at Satisky & Silverstein provide innovative, knowledgeable and effective legal representation for clients seeking counsel in the areas of corporate and business law, real estate matters, litigation and dispute resolution, construction law, and administrative law. Regardless of the services required, our chief focus is the zealous protection of every client’s rights and interests.

Our firm has also taken a leadership role in the legal profession and in the community. Two of our partners have been State Bar Councilors, and one is a former President of the Wake County Bar Association. All of our lawyers have served on the Board of Directors for the Wake County Bar and have actively served on bar committees. Our lawyers also regularly speak at continuing legal education classes. In addition to our leadership roles in the profession, our lawyers have assumed leadership roles in many religious, non-profit, and other community organizations.
