Keith represents individuals and businesses in litigation and dispute resolution involving commercial, corporate, construction, real estate, landlord-tenant, and employment matters. He also assists clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses, from formation of the entity, to the raising of capital, to negotiating and drafting contracts and leases, to the buying and selling of the business or real estate. Additionally, Keith assists clients with estate planning (including drafting of wills and trusts) and with estate administration.

Keith received his A.B. degree in Economics from Duke University, and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. Additionally, he has received a prestigious “AV” Peer Review Rating from Lexis-Nexis Martindale Hubbell based on the opinions of lawyers outside his firm.
