Keith currently focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate law, construction law, and corporate and business law. Keith assists clients throughout the lifecycle of their businesses, from formation of the entity, to negotiating and drafting contracts and leases, to the buying and selling of the business or real estate.
Keith received his A.B. degree in Economics from Duke University, and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. Additionally, he has received a prestigious “AV” Peer Review Rating from Lexis-Nexis Martindale Hubbell based on the opinions of lawyers outside his firm.
