Administrative Law

We have been counsel for the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners since 1977. As general counsel, we are called upon to assist with the drafting of legislation and regulations affecting the practice of physical therapy. Further, we serve as prosecutorial attorneys in disciplinary hearings involving licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.

In addition, we have represented the Raleigh Zoning Board of Adjustment since 1988, and we also represent the Town of Knightdale Land Use Review Board. Our work on behalf of these Boards often includes appearing in County Superior Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and the North Carolina Supreme Court.
